When you share your story, we collect: first name, city, state, product type, your story text (1–3 sentences), and how it felt (up to 2 options). Optionally: email if you opt in for updates.
We do not collect account numbers, claim IDs, SSNs, addresses, screenshots, or employee/branch names. We reject submissions that appear to contain such information.
Approved stories may be published with first name and city only. We use submissions to surface patterns and advocate for customer fairness. If you opted in for updates, we may email you about this movement.
Raw submissions are retained for our records. Publishable excerpts may be displayed. You may request removal by contacting us.
